You agree that all information, photographs, videos, portfolio links, social media accounts, documents, and other materials submitted through this application are accurate, truthful, current, and belong to you or are used with proper authorization.
Dynpy reserves the right to verify submitted information and may reject, suspend, or remove any application containing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized content.
Applicants under the age of 18 must have the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian before submitting this application.
By submitting an application on behalf of a minor, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these Terms and Conditions and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of the applicant’s information and submitted materials for purposes related to talent evaluation, development, training, promotion, communication, and opportunities offered through Dynpy.
Dynpy reserves the right to verify parental or guardian consent and may reject, suspend, or remove any application where such consent cannot be reasonably confirmed.
By submitting this application, you authorize Dynpy to collect, store, review, and process your information and portfolio materials for purposes including:

Dynpy will take reasonable measures to protect your information and will not sell your personal data to third parties.
You retain ownership of all photographs, videos, portfolios, designs, creative works, and other materials submitted through this application.
By submitting such materials, you grant Dynpy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Display your submitted content
Promote your talent profile
Feature your work in Dynpy campaigns
Publish approved content across Dynpy websites, social media channels, events, presentations, and marketing materials
This license remains in effect until you request the removal of your materials, subject to any ongoing campaigns, publications, or legal obligations.
Dynpy respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
Your personal contact information will not be publicly disclosed without your consent, except:

Results may vary based on individual performance, market conditions, and third-party decisions.
You may request the withdrawal of your application or the removal of your personal data by contacting us at talents@dynpy.com.
Upon verification of your request, Dynpy will remove your information from active records within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
